Notice is hereby given that the Second General Assembly will be held at 4pm on Saturday, 16th December 2023 (Central European Time) via Zoom. All members (individuals and organizations) are invited to attend the General Assembly and are entitled to one vote on the business conducted during the meeting. Voting via Zoom Poll during the meeting will count as a single vote.

In accordance with the Statutes agreed on 1st June 2022, postal voting and voting by proxy are also permitted (see the details on the attached forms).

2. To receive apologies for absence.
3. To approve the Minutes of the Constitutive General Meeting held on 1st June, 2022 (see page 2).
4. To approve the Association’s Activity Report from 1st June 2022 to 31st October 2023 (see page 6).
5. To approve the Treasurer’s Report and annual accounts for the 17 months from 1st June 2022 to 31st October 2023 (see page 7).
6. To approve the President’s Moral Report (see page 8).
7. Special Resolutions – to consider and vote on the following changes:
   • The name of the Association shall be amended to “European Japanese Garden Association,” also known as “Association Européenne du Jardin Japonais” in French, or EuroJGA (see page 10).
   • The revised Statutes (see summary on page 10, detailed Statutes on page 15).
   • The revised Internal Rules (see summary on page 11, detailed Rules on page 19).
8. Resolution 1 – Appointment of the Board of Directors for a period of one year (see page 13). The members who have volunteered to serve on the Board for a further year are:
